Loose(?) USB-C Port?

Hi, I am just getting started with my Knot and I noticed some concerning behavior with powering the Knot via USB-C. When you move the cable slightly, the LEDs on fron of unit flicker or change color. Any slight jostling of the USB-C cable or wiggling near the port seems to effect the Knot power. I tried with a Anker Powercore 20100 power bank and the battery stops delivering power if provided USB-C input cable is wiggled even slightly. Is something getting shorted to the metal case or loose USB-C port or ??? What potential impact does this have on MIDI data delivery / perfomance and as a host?
